Ferrets have two modes, High and Off, and they switch at the drop of a hat. This week we will look at the Off position.

My little girl Banshee loves to sneak into the arm of our sofa to sleep; she has also been caught napping inside the back of the sofa as well. My husband and I flipped it over after putting her in her cage, only to find a gap in the bottom of the sofa that leads into the back and the arm areas. Our cat discovered her "hiding" in the lower arm of the sofa, as the two of them made this into their game--swatting eachother thru the fabric!
