I thought I would let a little secret out...
Card exchange people are the best! Yep at first I thought my ferrets were so smart that they sent me a mother's day card all by their little selves, but really a super nice person on the card exchange sent one on their behalf.
What makes it super special is that I keep a journal of my card exchange names (so I can write fert names on cards if I get them again); well I hadn't had this woman on a card exchange since Christmas! Yep she sent me a Mothers Day card from my ferrets even though she doesn't know me and only signed it from the ferrets. I had to do a little sleuthing to find out who it was from.
I love ferret people!
Oh and it meant a lot because my own family says having ferrets doesn't make you a mom and the hubby forgot about mothers day. So at 30 years old I had no flowers, cards or nothing. I was a little sad till she brightened my day! |

| This is so funny! I kept accusing my boyfriend of sending it!! And finally he had to show me the envelope for closer inspection! It was one of the best Mothers Day presents I had ever received from the ferrets!! Thank goodness for ferret folk!!!!! |

[b] aaaawwwwww this is just to sweet, it actually made me tear up a bit, For people who don't even know each other , do the smallest things but it ,so, brightens up their days , and the sender doesn't even realize how special that big or lil gift is to them. I also signed up to do this which is hard for me because I did mine for July 4th which was my dads favorite holiday and he passed away last yr 4 days before fourth of july and just turned 49 that June before , I'm trying to make this short without going off topic but the 4th of July is hard for me because of his passing and his burial in another state was 6 days after the fourth of july. I already knew what songs were going to be played at his memorial and what do you know ..... grand fanally started and so did my dads song God Bless America and it just broke my heart, So I know there is alot of pain and suffering out there during this holiday and I had to sign up for it so if one small thing I do can make that person who get's what i send and it puts a smile on her face or his face... then I know i did right and in turn i get to wear a smile as well. |

I'm very sorry for your loss.
These exchanges really do put a smile on your face though, and that's one of the best things about it. There are so many great people that participate, and I can never get enough cute ferret pictures. |
