| You should periodically bexamine your ferrets teeth and make sure food is not collecting to cause decay. A toothpick can be used to remove deposits. And a cotton swab with ferret toothpaste used to brush if necessary. Never use toothpaste made for humans. Those contain atrificial sweeteners and often floride. Both can be toxic to a ferret, causing liver or kidney damage. Never allow your ferret to have anything with artificial sweetener, this includes gum, candies and many other things. |

| Good to know how to clean their teeth , was starting to wonder about that since I just did their nails. |
